Provide pre- and post-sale technical support, integration, and training for graphic communications products and DFE/workflow solutions. Establish color workflows, troubleshoot print quality and color management issues, prepare finished art using Adobe tools, support sales demos and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams while reporting account and issue status.

Responsibilities
- Provide pre & post sale support to customer install based with Graphic Communications products or software solutions.
- Provide DFE and workflow solution training to customer.
- Integration of FUJIFILM Business Innovation solution into the customer’s production environment.
- Establish color workflow processes and policies for end-customers and account associates.
- Troubleshoot DFE, digital color printing, color calibration/management, and print quality problems.
- Educate and train the customer on file designing, preparing and producing quality color documents.
- Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new color technology, Professional Services, and applications development.
- Assist Specialist or sales personnel during customer engagement or product demonstration.
- Support the sales personnel on the workflow proposal.
- Assist in identification of potential volume building applications and services opportunities.
- Weekly / Monthly status reporting for issues, account status and response time.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Eg: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
Skills Required
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Digital Front End (DFE) and workflow solutions
- Knowledge of color calibration/management and print quality troubleshooting
- Ability to provide pre- and post-sale customer support and deliver training
- Experience integrating FUJIFILM Business Innovation solutions into customer production environments
- Ability to prepare finished art and operate relevant equipment/software
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and producing status reports
