Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Engineer to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for experiments, logistics, and system operations (SAP) to accelerate product innovation.
Responsibilities:
Execute experiments for NPD and customer support under the guidance of the Engineers
Perform routine lab tasks (e.g., extraction testing / Upload the data).
Support lab safety and organization through the 6S program.
Assist with shipping, logistics, and inventory tracking of materials and filters.
Maintain accurate records of experimental data and observations.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering and Material Science
Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment.
Familiarity with SAP system / PowerBI is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and suggest process improvements.
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
Proven ability to complete tasks on time and work collaboratively in a team setting.

Timely and accurate execution of experiments and lab tasks.
Effective collaboration with Engineers to support NPD and customer projects.
Contribution to lab safety and operational efficiency
