Job DescriptionKey Activities:
- Analyzing inquiries, make correct product selection inline with customer needs & global standard.
- Logging all the inquiries in system.
- Review the type of inquiry in detail to understand technical & commercial scope.
- Studying Customer RFQ and project specifications, prepare comments - deviation sheet, product datasheet and costing sheet for filter and/or entire filtration systems. etc
- Ensure compliance with proposal process and outputs from proposal team.
- Basic pricing for filters and spares based on price lists for GPNs / BOMs.
- Co-ordinate with various global cross functional teams (CZ Plant/CoE/JVEL) for getting results.
- Follow regular inquiry review meetings, Daily accountability (DAM) meetings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Attend and understand all assigned training programs. Including Know how and GLR.
- Ensure meet the business expectations in terms of On time delivery (OTD) Cost and quality outputs.
- Learn about the tools used, make sure error free quotation preparation.
- Responsible correct price estimation for technical requirements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures (Smiths values and Leadership behaviours).
- Follow Quality register matrix and look for improvement opportunities using SES problem solving tools
