[Responsibilities]
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in First Mile / Last Mile logistics operations.
• Analyze and improve operational processes using engineering and statistical approaches.
• Plan operational strategies in response to market changes and emerging technology trends.
• Lead new projects, including technology adoption, automation, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify and execute improvement initiatives.

• 공학적/통계적 접근을 통한 운영 프로세스 분석 및 개선

• 신규 프로젝트 기획 및 리딩 (기술 도입, 자동화, 디지털 전환 등)
• 현업 부서와의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 운영 과제 도출 및 실행
[Qualifications]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university.
- Major: Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–6 years in relevant roles (Manager to Senior Manager level).
- Expertise: Hands-on experience in First Mile / Last Mile process improvement, productivity enhancement, project leadership, and data analysis.
- Language: Proficiency in English for presentations, meetings, reporting, and email communication.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent collaboration and communication abilities across diverse teams, Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel Macros, and MS Power Platform.
- Background in automation and digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of or experience in the logistics/express delivery industry.
