Job Description:

• Responsible for design and development of embedded flash macros using SST Superflash technologies

• Responsible for block analog circuit design, logic design, and full-chip simulation

• Responsible for EMIR verification and parasitic extraction

• Support the testing and silicon validation

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of circuit design (RC circuits, Kirchoff’s Law, frequency response)
• Knowledge of  Semiconductor Physics and Process preferred
• Knowledge of analog circuit design  is a positive
• Knowledge of script language (Perl, Python, Tcl, etc.) is a plus
• Familiar to layout is a plus
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering.
