Job Description:
1. Review information gathered for submitted customer quality incidents and request for additional information if needed or disposition accordingly.
2. Capable of preparing metrics via data analytics to aide Customer Quality.
3. Develop and sustain tools (database, server) to aide Corporate Quality.
4. Propose, coordinate and project manage AI/ML initiatives.
5. Be able to verify functionality of customer returned units using Automated Test Equipment or other verification tools.
6. Assemble and lead cross functional teams chartered to resolve customer quality incidents utilizing the 8-Discipline process for problem solving.
7. Communicate and coordinate requests for failure analysis, root cause investigation, and identification of corrective and preventive actions with the appropriate groups. Identify and manage prioritization of submitted requests and provide timely intervention when needed.
8. Provide initial risk assessment and containment action plan for customer quality incidents being resolved.
9. Update the customer incident management database timely and ensure data integrity.
10. Generate appropriate reports or updates for customer communication up to closure of the customer quality incident.
11. Verify sustained implementation and effectiveness of generated corrective and preventive actions as per defined schedule.
12. Analyze and catalyze actions to drive systemic improvements to product quality and customer quality incident management process.
13. If needed or asked to be involved, help determine the risk of a product change or RMA. Ensure risk mitigating actions are taken.
14. Prepare and analyze data related to key performance metrics. Define and implement improvement actions to meet set goals. Appropriately publish data.
15. Complete tasks defined to support the completion of projects being handled by a project leader. Report on the status of the tasks at the appropriate review forum.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Education Level
Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronics, or Electrical), Information Technology, or Computer Science
Working experience
New college graduate with completed relevant internship in electronics or semiconductor industry, or Information Technology.
Mandatory Requirements
· Able to coordinate and execute multiple tasks consistently and successfully.
· Demonstrated good leadership and analytical skills.
· Good written & verbal English communication skills.
· Strong computer proficiency with demonstrated knowledge or experience in areas such as:
§ Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
§ Windows VM server (IIS): Setup and Maintenance.
§ Database: Oracle, SQL server.
§ Application: Visual Studio, PLSQL, MSSQL, Insomnia/Postman, Confluence
§ Language: C#, VB.Net, VBA, SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
§ Framework: Kendo MVC C#/jQuery, Bootstrap
§ Basic Computer skills: CMD, Registry, File System, Network System
