 Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the production team to rigorously ensure magnificent execution of production MXT targets.
• Lead team management efforts to feed a collaborative, inclusive, and daring work environment.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and scale virtual clustered operations.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and reliably conducting new methods and process optimizations.
• Apply outstanding line management skills to improve tool efficiency and lead all aspects of NPI ramping.
• Handle WIP (Work in Progress) across OMT(TY/TC) to maintain efficient workflow.
• Facilitate seamless communication and handover of duties/issues between shifts to ensure operational continuity.
• Liaise effectively with Management, Planning, and Engineering teams to resolve daily production issues.
• Feed operators' career development through targeted mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Build and maintain a harmonious and safe working environment that feeds collaboration, dedication, and ownership within the team.
• Work to establish a culture of learning and sharing best-known methods to simplify procedures and streamline process flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a consistent record in the production/planner manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrates outstanding agreement spirit and a proactive mentality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Capable of efficiently balancing multiple priorities and tasks.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills and a driven spirit.
• Tried great teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and stress resistance.
