Security Clearance: TS/SCI Fullscope Poly investigation is required
Apogee's ideal Engineer will support our Intelligence Client in a dynamic environment supporting operations, data analysis, and data visualization tools development. The candidate will work closely with the chief engineer and product users to solve complex data-driven problems throughout the software development lifecycle of existing and new applications. The ideal candidate should have the capacity to work on both the front and back-end portions of the software environment. The candidate will implement software testing, operations, and maintenance (O&M), troubleshooting, system backup/restore, and software upgrades. A strong candidate will be a self-starter and have a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new skills across both software engineering and user domains adhering to well established software design and development principles.
We are seeking candidates with 5+ years experience in one of the following skill sets:
- Software Engineering
- Web/Software Development
- Aerospace Engineering
- Data Science
- Applications Development
- Machine Learning Engineering
- Systems Engineering

Required
- Bachelor's Degree. STEM degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in an object-oriented language such as Java, C#/.NET
- STK Systems Tool Kit Components and Engine
- Experience working with relational databases
- Experience with code repositories, such as Subversion and Git
- Experience developing software for geospatial, air and space domains
Pay
- Target Salary Range: $106,000 to $220,000. The salary range listed represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors
