Introduction
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our Physical Electrical Failure Analysis (PEFA) team. This role is critical in supporting FAB failure analysis and yield improvement activities, with a focus on software diagnostic, EFA operational and dynamic fault isolation support, ATE test and characterization.
What You Will Do
Support/Enable software based diagnostic setup (Scan Diagnostic and Bitmap).
EFA operational support (Photon Emission, Laser techniques, FIB, Delayering techniques) and test support for dynamic fault isolation.
ATE test setup and characterization of device.
EDA tools (Avalon/Lavis)
Other Responsibilities:
Initiate/Support CIP and technical development project.
Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) requirements and support related programs.
What You Will Need
Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Computer Science) or Science
Previous experience in wafer FAB / manufacturing environment is a plus
Previous experience in dealing with chemicals is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Team players with positive attitude.
Hands-on experience in programming and industrial software tools.
Knowledge in semiconductor related field preferred.
