Position Summary
1. Prevent environmental accidents on business sites through the compliance with related laws and management of major environmental factors.
2. Establish accident-free business site through the management of major emission sources(wastewater, hazardous solid wastes, chemicals) and change points.
3. Establish and achieve pollutant reduction goals and conserve the environment through continuous monitoring.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Air pollutant management] Participate in managing air pollution emission sources, change points, licensing and pollutant reduction and perform to implement legal requirements.
2. [Water pollutant management] Perform the management of water pollution sources and the changes, permits/licenses. Prepare for legal requirements.
3. [Waste management] Participate in waste disposal/storage and pollutant reduction. Prepare for related legal requirements.
4. [Greenhouse gas management] Participate in the management of greenhouse gas emission sources & calculation of emissions. Prepare to deal with the relevant regulations including the emission trading system.
5. [Domestic/overseas environmental regulation report] Identify domestic/overseas environmental regulation (policies, laws, regulations, etc.) trends in advance, and prepare response to external organizations.
6. [Environmental management system (ISO14001)] Prepare the planning, implementation, confirmation and action (PDCA) tasks in accordance with the environmental management system (ISO 14001) to improve the environment of the workplace.
