- Support Hootsuite/ Talkwalker's Clients.
Project is primarily platform implementation, onboarding and training.
Responsibilities include:
- Marketing Degree
- Technical support to connect the platform based on Hootsuite/Talkwalker˜s Client's needs.
- Hootsuite and Talkwalker platform configuration (including dashboards, queries, filters etc).
- Training support during platform deployment.
- Supporting social listening efforts for Clients as needed as per Talkwalker's instructions.
Must have Skills: Customer care (Expert), Spanish, English.
