Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire product life cycle, from request for quotation (RFQ) to realization and subsequent modifications.
- Create, manage, and maintain engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Manage intermediate materials according to departmental requirements.
- Execute design modification requests.
- Write, maintain, and keep divisional procedures and work instructions up to date. Communicate process deviations and project status updates to the Team Leader.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects within the division to achieve the objectives set by the Team Leader.
- Participate in and/or lead various projects requiring the division's technical expertise.
- Take over and support an employee's tasks when required.
- Apply and enforce all applicable safety rules and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to health, safety, and the environment (HSE).
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the area under his/her responsibility.
- Carry out any tasks or assignments not strictly related to the function described herein, as required by the company.
Profile / Requirements
- Hold a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess solid experience in industrial drafting using PTC Creo and Windchill.
- Demonstrate strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Possess project management skills.
- Be fluent in English.
