About the Role:
We are seeking a technically skilled and innovative Data Engineer with a strong foundation in Azure data services, dedicated to designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and integrations. This role focuses on the development and enhancement of scalable data solutions, automation of data workflows, and implementation of best practices in data engineering. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating high-performance data architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous innovation in data engineering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and integrations using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and related tools. Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and integrations using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, and related tools.
- Implement and maintain ELT processes to ensure efficient, high-quality data flow across systems.
- Architect and enhance data models and data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through best practices and automation.
- Document data architectures, integration flows, and engineering procedures to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge bases.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, performance tuning, and process enhancements.
- Other duties as assigned
Let's Talk About Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a data support, operations, or engineering environment
- Experience with data warehousing and cloud-based data platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience working in agile teams and supporting production systems
