Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking Engineers at all levels, from early-career professionals through to experienced engineers, to join our growing Dams & Hydropower business.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to build your career while working alongside industry leaders on a diverse range of dams and hydropower projects.
Depending on your experience, you will contribute to technical design, engineering analysis, project delivery, client engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, analysis and design of dams and hydropower projects.
- Prepare engineering assessments, calculations, reports and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Assist with dam safety assessments, inspections and risk reviews.
- Support project delivery through effective coordination and communication.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to solving complex engineering challenges across a range of projects.
About You
We're interested in hearing from engineers with a passion for dams, hydropower and renewable energy.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- An interest in dams, hydropower, civil or geotechnical engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative environment.
For more experienced candidates, we would also value:
- Experience delivering dams, hydropower or major infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of dam engineering, dam safety or relevant Australian standards.
- Experience coordinating project tasks and working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Client-facing, project delivery or mentoring experience.
