JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain OTT, media encoding/transcoding, and broadcast platform services.
- Ensure the quality and availability of audio, video, transport stream, and network services.
- Investigate system faults, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to incidents and service interruptions within agreed service levels.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and platform enhancements.
- Generate operational and performance reports and recommend service improvements.
- Maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and technical records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in project implementation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.
- Support 24x7 operational requirements, including shift work and on-call support when required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Broadcast Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Networking, OTT, or related technical environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Able to work on 12-hour rotational shifts and irregular hours when required.

Skills Required

- Experience with OTT platform technologies.
