The Role
Leads a team of custom layout engineers, serves as a customer focal point, and develops analog layouts for circuits such as PLLs, ADCs, LNAs, and LDOs. Performs physical verification, maintains and evaluates PDKs, develops PCells, and uses Virtuoso-based tools, SKILL, Calibre, Hercules, and Assura. Mentors engineers, collaborates across teams, documents plans, and adapts to new technologies and design flows.

- Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly document plans.
- Ability to interface with different teams and prioritize work based on project needs.
Skills Required
