The Role
Leads analog custom layout teams, serves as a customer focal point, and delivers layouts for circuits including PLLs, DLLs, LNAs, VGAs, ADCs, LDOs, and RF transceivers. Maintains and evaluates PDKs, develops Pcells, performs physical verification, and uses Virtuoso-based tools and SKILL programming. Mentors engineers, coordinates cross-functional work, documents plans, and prioritizes project needs.

- Good written and oral communication skills. Ability to clearly document plans.
- Ability to interface with different teams and prioritize work based on project needs.
