We’re looking for an Engineer I—a hands-on, detail-loving problem solver who keeps our property in tip-top shape. From lighting and plumbing to HVAC and everything in between, you’ll be the go-to person who ensures everything is running like clockwork.
What You’ll Do:-
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues

Monitor and operate building systems (HVAC, lighting, elevators, etc.)

Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled

Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in work areas

Assist in emergency situations (power outages, water leaks, etc.)

Support special projects or renovations as directed by management

Previous experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred

Strong knowledge of general building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC)

Ability to read and understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and equipment guides

Great communication and teamwork skills

A strong attention to detail and a “get it done” attitude

Ability to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call hours

Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing ladders, etc.)
