As the Engine Sales Manager for Eastern Canada, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion. You will serve as a primary corporate representative responsible for our PT6A, JT15D, PW100, and PW150 service offerings across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island.
What you’ll do:
- Generate prospects, formulate work scope specification, and finalize the sale through direct customer interactions, strategic marketing, and personal contact
- Manage and grow MRO customer accounts across the Eastern Canada region
- Build long-term customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, contract discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support customer success
- Coordinate sales activities with Business Development and divisional leadership teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer account information within Salesforce CRM
- Represent StandardAero at trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and business meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in forecasting of engine maintenance for PT6A, JT15D, PW100, PW150 product lines
- Carries out special projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in an Aerospace environment
- Knowledge of aviation MRO operations, customer requirements, and market dynamics
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operational teams to support customer solutions and business growth
- Must be available to travel at 50% of the time
- Must reside in the aforementioned territory (ON, QC, NB, NS, NFLD, PEI)
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM
- Experience supporting PT6A, JT15D, PW100, and/or PW150 engines
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Preferred Characteristics:
5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, account management, or business development
Experience selling aircraft engine overhaul and component services.
College diploma in Business Administration, Engineering Technology; or equivalent
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
