The Role:
We’re seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You’ll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions

  • Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions

  • Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes

  • Interface with cross-functional teams and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering

  • 2+ years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience

  • Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS

  • Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics

Preferred:

  • Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance

  • Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid/EV calibration
