The Inclusive Solutions (IS) engagement team is seeking an Engagement Specialist to coordinate planning and logistics for Prudential’s external events and partnerships. This role supports the company's social impact and business objectives by ensuring effective event execution, stakeholder communication, and alignment with enterprise goals. Responsibilities include managing program logistics, coordinating communications, preparing collateral, developing project plans, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. The Engagement Specialist will work closely with team members to keep initiatives on track, within scope and budget, reporting to the Director of Engagements & Planning.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
 

What you can expect:

  • Helping to determine and define engagement scope and objectives

  • Teaming with resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently

  • Monitoring budget based on scope of work and resource requirements

  • Tracking costs to meet budget

  • Developing and managing a detailed schedule and work plans

  • Providing updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders

  • Organizing and maintaining contracts with vendors/suppliers

  • Utilizing best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire engagement activation

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting as needed

  • Contributing to measurement of performance and helping to identify areas for improvement

What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of event management, administration or related experience

  • Proven ability to problem solve

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and technology

  • Experience seeing engagements through the full life cycle

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

What we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $72,900.00 to $108,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
  • Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
