As an Engagement Principal (EP), you will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into functional solutions and support successful delivery of enterprise software implementations.

- Understand customer business requirements and solution ideas
- Map current (As‑Is) processes and define future‑state (To‑Be) processes
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and design documents
- Support Solution Architects with functional and technical specifications
- Identify test scenarios and help with test case documentation
- Work closely with delivery teams to test and troubleshoot solutions
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases
- Prepare and deliver customer training sessions
- Assist in day‑to‑day project management and tracking deliverables
- Create project documentation and status updates
- Conduct meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Escalate risks and issues when required
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Management or similar role
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and delivery
- Background in Supply Chain Management projects
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP SD/MM/PP, Oracle), BI, or supply chain planning/execution tools
- Exposure to cloud / SaaS solutions
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Confidence working directly with customers
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of enterprise IT implementations
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
- Work closely with global enterprise clients
