Team mission

We are looking for an experienced marketer with a passion for the creator economy and a solid understanding about the challenges and opportunities influencers and creators face. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building content strategies, managing online communities, and driving engagement through data-informed decision-making.  

You will play a key role in scaling one of the world’s largest travel creator communities by owning our engagement strategy, managing our communication channels, and helping shape the product and content offering for nano and micro influencers.

Your mission

Community Engagement & Lifecycle Management

  • Define and manage the value proposition and messaging for the creator community across audience segments (nano, micro, and mid-tier creators)
  • Design and execute a multi-channel engagement strategy (CRM, social, events) tailored to the full funnel creator journey (from acquisition to retention)
  • Drive targeted lifecycle campaigns to move creators through the funnel - improving conversion rates from follower → applicant → active member
  • Create campaigns that highlight benefits, and success stories within the community to reinforce the value proposition and foster advocacy
  • Translate community insights and feedback into refined positioning, product features, and marketing content
  • Collaborate with Product teams to inform feature development based on creator insights and needs

Content & Channel Management

  • Steer the communication and channel strategy for the community 
  • Develop engaging content for creators including guides, tutorials, newsletters, and success stories

Analytics & Performance

  • Track, analyze, and report on core community metrics including LTV, activation, retention, and churn across different geographies and creator segments
  • Use data insights to inform targeting decisions and refine strategies
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement and retention
Your toolkit
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Demonstrated experience developing engagement strategies for online communities (preferably B2B).
  • Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns (using Braze, HubSpot, or similar CRM solutions).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data to inform decisions
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple collaborators.
  • Collaborated with Product and Tech teams to inform feature development based on user insights
  • Social media channels knowledge, especially Instagram and TikTok (YouTube is a plus.
