Job Description

  • Permanent, Full Time

Are you passionate about building strong industry connections and helping students succeed in their careers? Acknowledge Education is seeking a Engagement Manager to lead student placement and stakeholder engagement strategies across our Early Childhood Education programs.

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a leading role in connecting our students with meaningful and compliant placement opportunities. You’ll work closely with lecturers and trainers to ensure that all partnerships meet ACECQA and ESOS Act requirements while also providing a supportive and enriching experience for students.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and securing field placement opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, alumni, and graduates
  • Overseeing placement quality and resolving issues when they arise

Beyond this, you’ll also manage our industry contact database, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and use host feedback to continuously improve the placement process.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who thrives on building partnerships and supporting student outcomes. You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities that make a difference.

To be successful, you will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education sector
  • A background in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, or program management
  • An understanding of placement processes and compliance in higher education and/or VET

A qualification in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage, but it’s not essential if you bring the right mix of experience and industry knowledge.
