To support our growth and commitment to hiring exceptional performers, we are looking for an Engagement Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of innovative solutions using the OutSystems platform, through an agile approach. This role will coordinate with multiple, dispersed business sponsors, and work with multiple delivery teams and other business stakeholders to ensure that a program of work is delivered according to the right business needs. .

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Act as trusted business partner to understand customers’ needs and drivers;
• Serve as the main driver of the client relationship and communication for key/strategic clients;
• Establish & nuture relationships with key strategic customer stakeholders 
• Ensure strong program management practices, managing the budget, risks & issues & mitigation strategies, timeline, resources, scope, change requests, status report and sales interface;
• Ensure team work, commitment and expectations alignment;
• Guarantee quality procedures and OutSystems behaviors.

Key Requirements:

• Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;
• Strategic mindset with strong understanding of Customer orientation principles;
• High level of creativity and ability to think-out-of-the-box;
• Ability to influence customer on key decisions affecting the program
• Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;
• Transparency and ability to establish trusting and supportive relationships.
• Availability to travel

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• 5 to 10 years of total experience in IT/ SaaS space
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management and delivery;
• Experience in web application delivery and process design;
• Degree in computer science or other technical related field;
• Experience in using Agile approaches;
