Engagement Manager (Implementation Project Manager)
Position Overview:
The Engagement Manager (Implementation Project Manager) sits within the Intapp Client Services team and owns end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementations for Intapp clients. The Engagement Manager runs projects against budget, timeline, scope, and quality commitments; coordinates internal resources and third-party vendors; manages stakeholder relationships and steering committees; and closes projects out cleanly.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members while providing strong team leadership.
- Track and analyze project scope, schedule, and budget performance, proactively reporting on current or potential blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits, and gaining agreement on recommended improvements and mitigations.
- Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed, ensuring proactive communication plans, and deliver highly successful, referenceable implementations by building solid stakeholder relationships and proactively managing project health indicators.
- Apply a disciplined approach to process framework and data quality goals, ensuring organized project documentation internally and with the client, and close out projects at completion, passing deliverables and documentation to operations.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise cloud software and complex integrations.
- Successful budget management and forecasting experience, with a fundamental understanding of cloud software delivery and associated integrations, and a curiosity to learn.
- A management style that exhibits high energy, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation, with the ability to work well in large, diverse, virtual matrixed teams and to work under pressure and diffuse conflict without confrontation.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, plus proficiency with the MS Office toolset.
- Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the legal, financial, or professional services sectors is a plus.
