JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
What You Will Do with JT4
The Instrumentation Logistician Level II will help procure, organize, and catalogue parts and equipment in support of flight test operations. Work will be completed under the general supervision and mentorship of senior Logisticians.
JOB SUMMARY - FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Procure parts and equipment following applicable Air Force procedures and documentation
- Track and maintain parts stock as needed to meet the immediate needs of Flight Test Modifications and Operational Support
- Track statuses of materials throughout the ordering process and provide feedback and statuses to customers and stakeholders
- Interact with a variety of entities, including vendors, stakeholders, customers, and supervisors to understand and evaluate the required materials in support of unique tasks

REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, TECHNICAL, AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Vocational/technical training beyond high school from an academic institution, or equivalent military training, and 3 years of job-related experience or equivalent hands on experience are required for this position.
In addition, an Engineering Technician II must possess the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Planning/organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Must posses a valid, state issued driver’s license
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
SALARY
The expected salary range for this position is $48,000 to $58,000 annually.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Most positions involve work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting with occasional use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. Employee may have to use ladders and stands to access work areas. Employee is required to report any and all unsafe conditions, question nonstandard operations or environmental factors that may involve hazards and provide feedback to supervisors and managers on all safety issues. Frequent travel to remote company work locations may be required.
