Your Team
You will be part of the Intelligent Automation Team, a cross-functional group focused on driving enterprise-wide efficiency through innovative automation solutions. We collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to architect and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient automation capabilities that support strategic transformation initiatives.

Your Role
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions across both infrastructure and business domains. You will contribute to the organization's cloud-first and automation-first strategy by building sustainable, scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance platform stability.

This role offers the opportunity to work with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise automation tools while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned tasks and automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing backlog aging.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python, AWS Bedrock, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible, ServiceNow, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, align priorities, and ensure successful delivery of automation initiatives.
  • Lead and support L2/L3 incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to improve service stability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational workflows.
  • Ensure automation solutions adhere to enterprise standards for security, scalability, resilience, monitoring, and system integration.
  • Support modernization efforts by migrating legacy processes and solutions to strategic cloud-based platforms.

The Experience You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in automation engineering, infrastructure operations, software development, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with one or more automation technologies, including Python, AWS services, Power Automate, ServiceNow, AWX/Ansible, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management, hybrid-cloud environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation technologies and orchestration frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, APIs, and integration frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Understanding of security best practices, automation governance, and operational risk management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
