Position Overview
Brindar atención de primeros auxilios y cuidados básicos de salud al personal, apoyar en campañas de prevención, y colaborar con el médico laboral para mantener y mejorar la salud de los trabajadores dentro del entorno industrial.
What you'll do
- Atender urgencias médicas y primeros auxilios dentro de la planta.
- Asistir al médico laboral en consultas y revisiones médicas.
- Monitorear signos vitales, aplicar medicamentos prescritos, realizar curaciones y seguimiento de lesiones o enfermedades.
- Llevar el control y actualización de expedientes médicos del personal.
- Registrar diariamente las atenciones brindadas en bitácoras o sistemas electrónicos.
- Participar en campañas de vacunación, pláticas de salud y prevención.
- Supervisar el uso y reposición de insumos médicos y botiquines en las distintas áreas.
- Apoyar en exámenes médicos de ingreso, periódicos y de egreso. Entre otras del puesto.
Who you are
- Escolaridad: Técnico en Enfermería o Licenciatura en Enfermería (título y cédula).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en atención médica, preferentemente en el ámbito industrial.
- Conocimientos: Primeros auxilios, ergonomía básica, normas de salud ocupacional (NOM-STPS).
- SoftwareManejo básico de computadora y llenado de formatos médicos.
- Certificaciones: Curso de primeros auxilios y RCP vigente (deseable).
