Job Description

6 months -1 Years: High school or Associates Degree w/relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
Acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Install energy efficient equipment, conduct pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Support program staff and clients in their efforts to influence stakeholders, to sell and/or install energy efficiency retrofits, or new construction. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues, and recommends solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
30% Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades20% Record and report to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements10% Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, regarding installation in accordance with client specifications5% Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.30% Travel throughout a defined territory5% Misc.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
