Key Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all energy sources on site

Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure proper de-energization and grounding

Conduct pre-work safety reviews and energy hazard assessments for construction and commissioning tasks

Serve as the single point of control for re-energization of systems after work is completed and verified
-
Maintain accurate records of all energy isolations, permits, and clearances

Qualifications
What you will bring!

Education – (i.e.BS in Engineering)
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction, industrial commissioning, or high-voltage electrical environments

Familiarity with data center power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and mechanical systems
-
NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification (highly preferred)

Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line drawings and P&IDs
Skills Required
