Hours: 40 hours per week 

Location: Around 40% on site in Stevenage, 40% home and 20% at other sites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Monitor energy consumption across operational buildings and deliver monthly/annual M&V reports

  • Identify and develop cost-effective energy conservation measures (ECMs) with business cases

  • Lead energy performance contract delivery, ensuring savings meet contractual commitments

  • Present energy performance and savings projects at monthly client contract meetings

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, contractors, and internal operational teams


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in identifying ECMs through analysing energy data and surveying sites

  • A qualified degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a similar field

  • Strong understanding of energy systems (HVAC, CHP, BMS, controls) and energy management principles

  • Experience with measurement & verification and energy efficiency project delivery

  • Proficient in data analysis using MS/Google spreadsheets with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to pass DBS check
