Job DescriptionThe energy transition and the associated transformations of major energy, utilities, transport and industrial players represent one of the most structuring consulting engagement areas today. This role targets a consultant seeking to join our EUTI practice (approximately fifty members) to contribute to high-impact projects.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As an Energy Consultant (M/F), you join our EUTI practice (Energy, Utilities, Transport & Industry) which supports major energy players in their operational, organisational and strategic transformations.
Organisational structure improvement and optimisation:
- Analyse organisational systems, develop performance plans, promote social dialogue
- Model activities and processes
Strategic positioning and new offer development:
- Conduct market studies and benchmarks
- Create new commercial proposals
- Design solutions focused on user and client experience
- Contribute as Business Analyst and in Product Management
Implementation & large-scale deployment:
- Conduct impact studies
- Ensure project management
- Define the deployment trajectory and change management strategy
Education
👩 🎓: Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or a specialized Master's program. Experience
🧠: You have initial experience in consulting or project management. Expertise
🔎: Knowledge of the energy, sustainability, and industrial sectors, gained in a company or startup, will be highly valued. Foreign languages
⭐: You have a fluent level of English, both written and oral. Soft skills
