Technical and/or sales and/or customer service experience preferred. Applicants from CA are preferred and this is a fully remote position.

Assure project completion for residential energy efficiency programs. By working with business, home owners and contractors, Energy Advisors walk customers through projects from program eligibility, through paperwork and program qualifications, and lastly to project completion. Energy Advisors will act as specialists in providing technical products/services, training on technical specifications and fulfilling program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

75% Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property owners and contractors to convert projects according to contract compliance
10% Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
10% Record and provide to program staff customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements
5% Travel

$24.00/hr
