Job Description
As a System Engineer you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies in order to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met, and our Service Performance is brought to a higher level.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
- Good Knowledge of endpoint management solutions SCCM & Intune
- Knowledge on Application & Desktop Delivery and Application Delivery Controllers (CITRIX, Remote desktop, Azure Virtual Desktop) is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Active directory and group policies
- Providing support by:
- Researching
- Diagnosing
- Troubleshooting
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Write and maintain documentation
- Being part of a 24-hour standby team

- Capable of working very autonomously
- Fluent in (technical) English (spoken & written)
- Good Knowledge of endpoint management solutions
- Knowledge of Application & Desktop Delivery is a plus
