About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer with strong experience proficiency in Microsoft Intune to join our Endpoint Engineering team. The candidate must have experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows, Android, and iOS endpoints within a corporate environment. Knowledge of security practices related to MDM management is a plus. This role requires excellent technical expertise and a proactive approach to ensure the seamless operation and security of all endpoint devices across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Endpoint Management:
- Configure and support endpoint management policies using Microsoft Intune.
- Ensure comprehensive device lifecycle management, from provisioning to decommissioning.
- Enforce endpoint security policies and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint-related issues.
- Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate endpoint management solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance endpoint management capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to endpoint management and security.
- Helpdesk Support
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 support to end users.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for endpoint management processes and procedures.
- Generate and present reports on endpoint performance, security, and compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools.
- Strong understanding of endpoint security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL) are a plus.

This role, based in Singapore or Hong Kong, will also provide support to our Tokyo office and our soon-to-open Sydney office, with travel if necessary.
