Responsibilities
· Demonstrate ability to partner with multiple tech teams in discovering, assessing, designing, implementing, and remediating endpoints in an enterprise environment.
· Work closely and collaborate with the Network, Information Security, and Applications teams to better support endpoint hardware, software, applications, and security requirements.
· Develop, monitor, and report on Information Security performance metrics (such as threat level, vulnerability level, problem resolution time, etc.)
· Partner with Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps for continuous support improvements.
· Design, develop, and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity process, procedures, and infrastructure as well as actively participate in Disaster Recovery exercises.
· Coordinate remediation efforts with Endpoint Engineering team or related teams to ensure there are no repeat IS security related findings from regulatory and 3rd party exams.
· Readily respond to security incidents and participate in endpoint related major incident technical troubleshooting bridges as required.
· Actively participate in weekly Architect Review Board meetings as a senior endpoint engineering representative for technical and architectural review of new technologies introduced into the TCB environment.
· Be a trusted partner for all things endpoint related from support, remediation, process, and improvement.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent systems engineering experience
· 3 years of experience in a large or mid-size financial institution
· 2 years' experience developing and implementing processes, focused on delivering outcomes, with a customer service mindset.

· 2 years demonstrated experience in endpoint centric project initiatives from concept to operational readiness (preferred).
· 3 years of experience administering endpoints in a cloud or hybrid environment (Intune / Azure AD highly preferred).
· Expert knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
· Experience with network-based endpoint security controls, such as web proxies and email security gateways.
· Ability to interface across the organization and to serve as an influencer and a team player.
· Strong computing, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
· Project planning and project management skills.
· Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.
· Excellent written and oral communications.
· Excellent organizational skills; attention to details.
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
· ITIL Certification v3 or higher (preferred).
· Knowledge of project management (PMO) tooling such as Azure Dev Ops (AZDO), JIRA, or Dynamics365 (a plus).
