The Opportunity:
The Endpoint Engineer II position contributes to continuous endpoint modernization efforts including expanding roadmap with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 services, including Auto pilot, Intune, Microsoft Authenticator, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). This position is responsible evaluating emerging technologies, operating systems, and an escalation for support teams
Day in the Life:
- Manage and maintain enterprise corporate systems and AVD.
- Perform infrastructure maintenance, including patching, capacity planning, configuration management, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Build strong internal partnerships with the user community – Continuous Service Improvement (CSO) approach to process improvement.
- Participate in endpoint modernization efforts, collaborating closely with solution architects to shape and implement the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user experience enhancements.
- Build and maintain systems in such a way that exceeds regulatory requirements. Participate in compliance audits and address any issues proactively.
- Integrate security best practices in infrastructure design and implementation, ensuring a robust security posture across all systems.
- Communicate consistently with internal business partners to define and refine requirements.
- Play a key role in working with the project team members to develop requirements, scope documents and project estimates.
- Guide junior team members in project related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Relevant industry certifications
- 2-5 years of experience in endpoint engineering or a related field
- 2+ Years experience in a senior role is nice to have
- PowerShell and/or automation scripting experience is required
- Proficient with Azure Active Directory/EntraID
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS is highly preferred
- Proficient in infrastructure management, AVD technologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Windows 365 would be a plus, but not required.
- Competent in creating and maintaining system scripts, user and group administration, security, tuning, configuration and monitoring of Endpoints.
- Experience following ITIL standards.
- Experience participating in endpoint modernization efforts, including creating and updating documentation as part of infrastructure implementations.
- Proven ability to write and/or implement scripts for automation.
- Analytical, design and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system defects and mitigate the risks and issues they cause.
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation

Pay Equity
$67,700.00 - $86,300.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
