About the Role (your why)
The Endpoint Analytics Lead is responsible for the endpoint analytics capability within the Intelligent Workspace team
Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. Please note that to be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen and be able to achieve a Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
What you’ll do
The Endpoint Analytics Lead is responsible for (but not limited to):
- Developing processes for the implementation, ongoing support, and maintenance for endpoint analytics services and analytics platforms.
- Deploying endpoint analytics services to customers.
- Pro-actively analysing analytics data from customer endpoints.
- Assessing and recommending innovative use and implementations of new features and technologies related to endpoint with the objective of enhancing customer experience whilst driving efficiencies into all aspects of service delivery.
- Providing recommendations to customers on proactive and automated remediation.
- Working with the endpoint engineering team to proactively remediate incidents and build automation capability.
- Managing licencing for the customers chosen endpoint analytics platform.
- Automating processes to support proactive incident resolution using data analytics.

What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone with 5 years of IT industry experience plus experience in an Endpoint Management role. You are passionate about your work, proactive, client-focused and believe in customer service as a point of differentiation in a service offering. You can work both independently on competing priorities and as part of a team, maintaining high relationship building skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Extensive Experience: Proficient with endpoint analytics tools and platforms.
- Technical Support: Skilled in supporting desktops, laptops, and a variety of end-user devices, including mobility technologies, within a corporate environment.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- End User Management: Advanced skills in end-user management, utilizing both modern and traditional SOE management methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
- Strategic Insight: Understands the implications of work and provides well-considered recommendations for solutions.
- Project Management: Ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Frequently interacts and networks with a variety of stakeholders and team members within their area of expertise.
- Team Collaboration: Capable of working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Excellent skills in building and managing customer relationships.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively across various levels. Effective presentation skills.
- Vendor Knowledge: Familiar with hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles.
