The Endpoint Analyst – EUC is responsible for managing and supporting end-user devices across Apple and Windows platforms. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of all endpoints within the organization’s environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide technical support and administration of Apple macOS, iOS, Windows 10/11 devices.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, and decommissioning.
- Administer and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune and JAMF.
- Configure and enforce endpoint policies using Group Policy (GPO) and Intune configuration profiles.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on both Windows and Apple devices.
- Support application deployment, system imaging, and user profile management.
- Respond to service requests and incidents in line with defined SLAs.
- Document technical procedures and maintain up-to-date support materials in the knowledge base.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives around device management and user experience.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support or endpoint management role.
- Solid experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong understanding of MDM platforms (e.g., Intune, JAMF).
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools such as antivirus, encryption, and VPN.
- Basic PowerShell or shell scripting knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in working within ITIL or structured service delivery environments preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
