As an Endorsement Associate, you'll own the end-to-end endorsement experience for our clients — from receiving requests to ensuring they are accurately processed and closed. You'll work closely with clients, insurers, and TPAs to manage additions, deletions, corrections, and other policy changes, making sure requests are processed accurately, quickly, and with clear communication throughout.
- Manage end-to-end endorsement requests, including additions, deletions, corrections, and other policy changes, with accuracy and speed.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, understand their requirements, clarify queries, and provide timely updates on endorsement requests.
- Verify and maintain all required documentation and information to ensure endorsements are processed correctly the first time.
- Coordinate with insurers and TPAs to process endorsements, follow up on pending requests, and resolve queries or discrepancies.
- Ensure employee and policy data is accurate and updated across relevant systems and maintain proper records of all endorsement requests.
- Resolve endorsement-related queries and proactively follow up on pending or delayed requests to ensure timely closure.
- Identify recurring issues and process gaps in endorsements and share feedback to improve turnaround time and client experience.
- 3-10 years of experience in endorsements, insurance operations, policy servicing, or a similar role, with prior experience in Insurance, Broking, or TPA preferred.
- Strong understanding of group health insurance and policy servicing, including additions, deletions, corrections, and other endorsement processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and TPAs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly while working with employee and policy data and documentation.
- Strong follow-through and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle queries, discrepancies, and escalations effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
- Own a critical part of the client experience and ensure policy changes are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with clients, insurers, and TPAs, giving you end-to-end exposure to the insurance ecosystem.
- Build strong client relationships while directly contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Identify process gaps and help improve how endorsements and client servicing are managed at Nova.

Skills Required
