- Diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic conditions
- Provide outpatient consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
- Build and grow a comprehensive endocrinology practice within the community
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
- Support diabetes education and chronic disease management programs
- Help shape a schedule structure that fits your practice style
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
