Position Overview
Boston Medical Center – Brighton, a member of the BMC Health System, is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Endocrinologist to join our growing practice. We are looking for a motivated clinician with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The successful candidate will work closely with two other Staff Endocrinologists, two Advanced Practice Provider, two Certified Diabetes Educators, and a team of pharmacists to provide comprehensive endocrine care. This role also offers rich academic engagement, including teaching opportunities and support for scholarly activity.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient endocrine care at the BMC Brighton practice
- Provide inpatient endocrine consult coverage at BMC Brighton
- Collaborate with referring providers, on site pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for endocrine disorders. Familiarity with emerging diabetes technologies and their utilities is highly valued.
- Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students, internal medicine residents, and advanced practice providers
- Participate in quality improvement, clinical operations, and program development initiatives within the endocrine section
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts
- New graduates with strong outpatient interest are encouraged to apply

Compensation range: $207,000 - $249,999
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
