The RoleThis summer internship offers hands-on experience working on real IT initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot governance, IT change management, knowledge base modernization, and endpoint and application rationalization. You’ll partner with experienced IT professionals to analyze current processes, document findings, and help improve how technology is governed and used across the organization. This role is designed to give you meaningful work, practical skills, and exposure to how modern enterprise IT teams operate.


 

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Intern, you’ll support several strategic projects across the digital workplace. You’ll help document and research Microsoft Copilot governance practices, assist with IT change management efforts by capturing impacts and supporting communication materials, and review and update knowledge base content to make it clearer and more user-friendly. You’ll also participate in endpoint or application rationalization efforts by gathering information, identifying overlaps or inefficiencies, and helping summarize insights and recommendations. Throughout the summer, you’ll collaborate with team members, learn from mentors, and share your work through presentations and written deliverables.


 

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Coursework or academic exposure to topics such as IT governance, change management, enterprise systems, or digital transformation is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential. You should be comfortable working with common Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be open to learning new technologies and processes along the way.
