Independently plan, install, integrate, test, and validate desktop hardware and software solutions.
Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SSO, patching, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Support desktop and thin client environments, VDI/Citrix, profile management, application/version control, and software licensing.
Resolve escalated hardware and software issues while coordinating resources through resolution.
Participate in change, release, incident, capacity, configuration, and architecture management.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, including testing, documentation, backup, and restore processes.
Participate in technology projects, system evaluations, implementations, integrations, and upgrades.
Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies and provide guidance to other team members.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the department knowledge base.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and end-user support.
Manage multiple assignments while balancing priorities, deadlines, and resources.
Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to communicate issues, solutions, and project updates.
Technology support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and desktop systems administration.
Experience with VDI/Citrix, thin clients, desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user peripherals.
Experience with system design, capacity planning, configuration management, and system lifecycle management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to work independently and support a 24/7 healthcare environment.
A+, MCSA, MCSE, or relevant manufacturer certifications.
Experience with System Center, antivirus, encryption, backup/restore, and disaster recovery.
Healthcare IT experience.
Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated environments.
Experience serving as a subject matter expert or technical resource for end-user technologies.
