Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Be an IT hero of the day for the business - Help the business to get over the IT challenges and ensure IT customers’ success in all IT areas such as desktops, mobile technologies, and electronic collaboration.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the customer via verbal and written communication.
- Act as the on-site IT representative, providing tailored support for site-specific challenges and ensuring alignment with central IT strategies.
- Research, learn, and provide end-user training for existing collaboration tools and digital workplace technologies.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to support infrastructure-related activities, including network configuration, server management, troubleshooting, and security.
- Be proactive and independent in supporting end users, prioritizing issues and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify gaps and execute IT process improvements that increase customer satisfaction.
- After initial training, you can lead small-scale IT projects defined in the IT infrastructure project pipeline.
- Tackle day-to-day challenges head-on, swiftly resolving issues that arise and escalating concerns that have broader impacts on clients and strategic initiatives.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local site’s needs and guide the central IT team in implementing effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school, Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT)/Computer Science, or demonstrated knowledge comparable to this education.
- Communicative knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English languages.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with customers with confidence and clarity.
- Talented IT person who is not afraid of challenges and is willing to learn and adapt.
- Experience as EUS manager and/or System Administrator in an international environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience in the set-up, integration, or maintenance of an information systems network.
- Deep knowledge of IT networks, MS Windows-based systems, MS Office applications, Android/IOS devices, and other IT areas at a level sufficient to support business users.

Skills Required
- Secondary school, Bachelor's or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science (or comparable knowledge)
- Communicative knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English languages
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface confidently with customers
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle IT challenges proactively
- Experience as an End User Support (EUS) manager and/or System Administrator in an international environment
- Proven experience in setup, integration, or maintenance of information systems networks
- Deep knowledge of IT networks, MS Windows-based systems, MS Office applications, Android/iOS devices
