JOB OVERVIEWThe Systems Engineer (End User Services) is responsible for leading the technical implementation and operations of CI Financials End-User Technologies, including O365, MFA, Azure AD, End Point Technology and SSO technologies. This role will lead both innovation and continuous improvement as it relates to end-user technology services and technology. The End User Services Engineer will actively be engaged in process definition, developing best practices, growing service capacity, and improving quality while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
The End User Services Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise Microsoft 365 services. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and modern workplace solutions across identity, collaboration, and end-user access. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support M365 services, MFA solutions, and AV technologies while contributing to project-based initiatives and operational excellence.
What you will do:
Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
Manage and maintain identity and access management solutions, including SSO and MFA (Okta, Cisco Duo considered assets)
Administer and support security and compliance configurations within Microsoft 365
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to administer, support, and continuously improve Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV collaboration technologies
Participate in project-based initiatives related to Microsoft 365 enhancements, migrations, and new technology implementations
Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 and identity platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot cloud services issues
Monitor platform performance, service health, and availability
Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
Develop and maintain documentation and procedures
Identify automation opportunities using PowerShell
Provide after-hours support as part of on-call rotation
What you will bring:
5+ years administering Microsoft environments
5+ years administering Microsoft 365
Experience with MFA and SSO (Okta, Cisco Duo)
Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies
Experience supporting enterprise IT projects
Post-secondary education in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Microsoft 365 or security certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

PowerShell scripting skills

This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs. This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $95,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
