Job Description

End User Account Manager- Oil & Gas

Kolkata-India

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective (Product/ Solution/Service) sales strategy within the assigned Focus Account and maintain it, to improve Rockwell's market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.

This position reports to Sales Manager- Process, Oil & Gas follow a hybrid working schedule in Kolkata India

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand and follow focused assigned accounts, market, and customer requirements, assessing their impact on the offering portfolio.
  • Conduct market valuation, competitor analyses, and identify offering gaps while evaluating Rockwell's market position.
  • Ensure technical solutions are leveraged across the Product Group's offering portfolio whenever possible.
  • Provide sales support, participate in customer meetings, and contribute to marketing programs.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • 15-20 Years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • High level of Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge and Value Based Selling Skills.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Strong connect with Oil & Gas Customer in Eastern Region. Expertise/ good knowledge in selling DCS /PLC/ Safety System/ Power Control System and relevant software which shall include knowledge of current standards and technologies of process control, working knowledge of process control and Information systems functions and capabilities. Ability to conduct sales conversation with customers like oil & gas, chemicals, and Petro chemicals. Knowledge of the Process business drivers.
