Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
- Ensure overall Production of machines and quality according to specification. sheets.
- Ability to do troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment.
- Ability to read and understand the information contained on the PO sheets.
- Check accuracy and quality of finished ends.
- Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams.
- Correctly read and interpret messages/statuses on the control panels.
- Perform regular servicing and solving of problems regarding machinery.
- Actively lead the maintenance team during line changeover.
- Train and assist other employees on the daily practices of Production related duties, such as but not limited to, Product changes, housekeeping and visual quality checks.
- Ability to train technicians on process troubleshooting. properly.
- Knowledge of the shell press, liners, and conversion press.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for department.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in ISO 14001 and BRC procedures and guidelines on Health & Safety.
- Perform any reasonable duties assigned by the management staff, corresponding with the role.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Good Mechanical aptitude is a must.
- Experience in End Line Department is a must.
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to organize work load and work independently.
- Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse is a must.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention, and environment protection regulations.
