Native is looking to expand our team with individuals who believe in our mission of making CLEAN and EFFECTIVE personal care products with simple ingredients, that are good for the body and the planet and with obnoxiously crave-able scents. We are looking for an End to End Supply Chain Senior Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain for a few of the Native product categories.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Manage and optimize supply chains for assigned product categories:
- Packing components
- Screen printing/decorating
- Raw material planning
- Demand vs Capacity optimization
- Own & develop relationship for assigned suppliers & Contract Manufacturers
- Finished good inventory management
- Work cross-functionally across various teams including R&D, Pack Dev, QA, Purchasing Teams
- Develop & implement process improvements within Native OPs for:
- New product launches
- Overall process efficiencies
- Maintain >98% Case Fill Rate averages by product form
Job Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Product Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Planning experience is preferred
- Strong background in supply chains, data analysis, forecasting and demand planning
- A self-driven, highly motivated, bias towards action skill set
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working for a tangible product line
- Experience working in SAP
- Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets and/or project management tools
Pay Range: $105,000 - $154,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of equal opportunity factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of experience.
